Payment gateway integrated in a mobile recharge system

Development of a payment gateway using C/C++ for Linux Operative Systems. The gateway connects financial terminals located on the final clients’ side with the transactional core of the organization’s system. As a whole, this gateway works as an interface for prepaid mobile phone top up operations with several phone carriers and from many terminal models. Among the goals for this project, the main one was ensuring a low computational cost, which entails a system that is both flexible and capable of adapting to many terminal models from different providers. On the other hand, the gateway features a database registry, that includes transaction state, origin and destiny terminal and completion information, among others.
