Development of a web based application for order tracking, preparation and overall management of requests between telephone terminal distributor 20:20 Mobile and service provider Telecable. A hyerarchical tool is outlined to fulfill the requirement of different acccess levels adjusted to the system user’s responsabilities. The tool functionality includes order tracking, available stock monitoring, final client info modification and individual order management, which includes date delivery, cancellation, fraud identification, portability, etc. As a whole this tool serves the purpose of exchanging information fluidly, in order to guarantee an optimal user experience.
