Development of a project tracking tool based on TRAC, an open source solution, which has been adjusted to the client’s needs. The new system has been configured according to the processes and requirements of the SCRUM methodology for agile software development, which is thoroughly followed by the client. Moreover, this tool integrates seamlessly with both the client’s internal processes and inherited software from several departments that are expected to implement the new tracking tool. This way, future projects management and follow-up will be transversal.
